The Bear Maker is made from German mohair, has glass eyes, ultra suede pads, and she is stuffed with poly-fil and glass beads. She is fully dressed from hand sewn bloomers to lace trimmed apron. She sits on a handmade stool and comes complete with everything you see. The bear she is stuffing is made from upholstery velvet. The little bear is fully jointed and is complete except for sewing the center back seam. The basket holding the stuffing is hand woven by my father Ernest Gilson. The Bear Maker is 5 1/2" sitting, the little bear is about 2 1/4".
