It is difficult to give estimates on the cost of tree trunk homes because each is unique and one of a kind. But there are are basic similarities and we will base an estimate on those basic components. A 1/2 inch scale tree trunk is designed for residents no taller than 3 inches; the one inch scale is for those residents no taller than 6 inches. The tree trunk is made from celluclay or clay over a wire armature. The base is plywood.

* Includes plywood base, one fireplace, celluclay or clay floors and walls, doors and windows on each floor and outside stairway.

** Plus electricity if desired. The cost of electricity would depend upon the number of bulbs desired for the house. Obviously the more rooms, the greater the number of bulbs. Scale has no bearing on the cost.
